Adrian Bernabe

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Adrian Bernabe in Watsonville, CA on Friday, June 14, 2024, at the age of 34. 

Adrian was born and raised in Watsonville, CA to his parents Serafin Bernabe and Obdulia Sanchez.

Adrian was charismatic, fun, brave, outspoken, funny, and adventurous. He was always making sure people felt welcomed and had a good time. He loved music, movies, spending quality time with family, gardening, and barbecuing. Adrian was the life of the party.

Beloved brother, preceded in death by his grandparents and daughter Sophia. Adrian is survived by his partner Paula Gonzales, his children Arianna Bernabe-Gonzales and Jaslene Gonzales, and his siblings Belen, Serafin Jr., Erika, Ruby, Mayra Bernabe and many nieces and nephews. Adrian will always be in our minds, forever in our hearts.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Holy Rosary will begin at 7pm at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. A mass will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Church with a burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
