Adrian Bocanegra

On Wednesday, April 13, 2016, Adrian Anthony Bocanegra passed away in Los Lomas. He was 8 years old.
Adrian was born on April 27, 2007 in Watsonville to his proud parents; Jose Bocanegra and Christina Lopez.
Adrian was an avid sports player and a true athlete. He played for several teams such as for the Pajaro Valley Little League, Triple A Baseball #1, NFL Flag football, Watsonville Wildcatz Wrestling and Soccer player for the Athletics of Watsonville. Adrian was a caring and loving boy with a spontaneous and adventurous personality that will be forever missed and always cherished.
Adrian is survived by his parents; Christina Lopez (Mark Cabral), Jose Bacanegra and brothers; Isaiah and Christopher Anthony Bocanegra. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandparents; Beatrice and Gabriel Lopez, Marcellus and Maria Bocanegra, Aunts; Beatrice Lopez Ortiz, Vanessa Ballesteros, Uncles; Oscar Ortiz, Ivan Ballesteros and numerous cousins.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 5-9 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 1 PM at Valley Catholic Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11 AM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel with the burial to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Rd. Watsonville.
