Armando Lerma

Armando “Nano” Lerma passed away on Sepember 17, 2021, at home surrounded by his family in Watsonville, California. He was 42.

Nano was born on September 21, 1978. He was a lifelong resident of Watsonville.

Nano was more than a “son/brother/uncle” some would call him their best friend or personal diary. He was an extremely loved individual who cared deeply for all his family members. He was a character of his own and showed his love with his undeniable sense of humor. He could always brighten your day with a joke or a quote from one of his favorite movies. His happiness was his family. He was a dedicated Raider fan and the best companion and son to his mother. She was his whole heart. Although he’s left us physically we will forever keep his memory close to our hearts. When we laugh or cry he’ll be there. This we know is true. We love you and will miss you every day until we meet again. God bless.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Lerma, and his siblings Kathy (Miguel) Ibarra, Cindy (John) Murillo, Debby Lerma and Richard (Melina) Lerma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Augustine Lerma.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel located at 609 Main St. from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The Burial will follow at Valley Public Cemetery located at 2445 East Lake Ave.  at 1:00 PM.
