Brenda Carol Ukestad

Brenda Carol Ukestad passed away unexpectedly at home on January 4, 2024 at the very young age of just 59.

Brenda was born in Watsonville on December 12, 1964 to parents Rubye and Glenn Ukestad. She was known for her infectious beautiful smile. Brenda loved being outdoors and spending time with family and friends doing anything they wanted as long as they were together enjoying each other’s company, making memories and laughing with one another. Brenda absolutely loved and adored her 3 grandchildren and was so proud of her oldest Grandson (Jasiah) for his natural born athleticism and heart of whatever sport he was playing.

Brenda is survived by her two daughters: Jammie Stott and Taylor Escobedo, 3 grandchildren, her sisters, Sharon Walker and Cindy Garland and her mother: Rubye Riggs.

She was preceded in death by her father Glenn Allen Ukestad. Brenda will forever be extremely missed but of course never forgotten.

A viewing and service will be held for Brenda at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 27, 2024 located at 609 Main Street, Watsonville, CA 95076. The viewing will be starting at 1:00PM and services beginning at 2:00PM with a celebration of life to follow.
