Charlotte was born on January 25, 1937, in Freedom, California to her parents Charles and Minnie Hoover.
Charlotte was a hard-working lady dedicated to her family. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and playing cards. She had a great sense of humor and loved telling jokes. She was a volunteer for the Agriculture History Project. She also was involved in the ACTRA working as a volunteer for the Catastrophe Fund. She graduated from Notre Dame High School.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Karl James (Ila) Hackamack, Wayne Hackamack and Toni (Manny) Martinez.
She is preceded in death by her husband Karl James Hackamack Sr, and her siblings Jack Hoover, Mary Pavich, Edward Hoover and Margaret Lauderdale.
