Daniel Torres

On August 16, 2014 Daniel R. Torres, peacefully passed away at the age of 80.

He was born on April 12, 1934 in Tamazula de Gordiano Jalisco, Mexico .

Daniel was so full of life and was a very happy man. He loved to travel, playing cards and spend his free time by the beach (Guayavitos.) Daniel valued family gatherings and they meant the world to him.

To a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather Great Grandfather and Friend, you will always be in our hearts and will be truly missed.

Daniel was preceded in death by his mother Carmen Garcia and his brother Rodolfo Torres.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Juanita Torres and his children Candy Marquez (Pedro), Griselda Banderas (Samuel), Jesse Torres, Sandra Torres and Daniel Torres Jr. (Aliza.) He is also lovingly remembered by his step-children Alfonso, Aida, Diana, Angel, his siblings Consuelo Esobedo, Abel Torres, Elvia Ramirez, Alicia Saldana, Eva Iniquez, Hector Quintero and his 21 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM at Saint Patrick Church, 721 Main Street, Watsonville. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Saint Patricks' Church, 721 Main Street, Watsonville.
