Jamie Schipsi

On May 22, 2015 Jamie Jo Schipsi peacefully passed away in Hollister, CA. She was 51.

Jamie was a loving, caring, generous and compassionate woman. Her biggest accomplishment was being the best mother to her children, who truly meant the world to her. Jamie had a true passion for helping people and was always standing up for those in need and willing to give a helping hand. She was involved and supported women in domestic violence and wanted to bring more awareness to the situation. May Jamie rest in peace and be in heaven with her daughter, Jenny. We love you mom!

Jamie is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved daughter, Jennifer Schipsi and her late father, Charles Perkins.

She is survived by her ex-husband of 29 years, Jim Schipsi and children; James and Shelby Schipsi. Jamie is also lovingly remembered by her mother; Eugena Smith, sister; Denise Carlisle, Dixie Kurtz, Jacob Allen and her 1 granddaughter, Melia.

Visitation services will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 5:00-9:00 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 6 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St. Watsonville. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 1:30 PM at St. Patricks Church with burial to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Rd., Watsonville.
