Javier Velasco

Javier Padilla Velasco peacefully passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014. He was 56.
He was born in Jalisco, Mexico on September 16, 1957 to Tiburcio and Aurora Padilla.
Javier loved gardening and farm animals. He also enjoyed taking care of his birds and in his free time he loved to go fishing. Javier was a hard worker and adored his job, in the raspberry business.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Padilla and his beautiful children; Ismael, Myra and Jasmin Padilla. Javier will also being lovingly remembered by his 4 brothers, 6 sisters, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
To a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend, you will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. We will always love you and will be missed.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM with an evening service beginning at 6:00 PM at Javier Padilla Velasco's home, 76 Loma Prieta Avenue, Freedom, 95019. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Valley Pubic Cemetery, 2445 East Lake Avenue, Watsonville.
