Jeffrey Knott

Born May 7th, 1986, beloved son, brother, and friend Jeffrey Dennis Knott passed away suddenly on July 18th, 2023 in Aptos, California at the age of 37. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Knott, his father, Dennis Knott, his sister, Jessica Knott, and his brother-in-law, Devin Watson.

Jeffrey was a creative soul who first pursued a career in creative writing before changing course and graduating with a degree in Microbiology from California State University in 2020. He then earned a post-graduate certificate in Medical Lab Science from United Regional Health Care System and started a profession in Clinical Lab Science.

Outside of a brief period spent in both North Carolina and Texas to pursue his education, Jeffrey spent most of his life in Maryland and California, preferring California for its warm weather and creative energy.

Jeffrey was as talented as he was smart, and drew people in with his kindness and wit. A celebration of life will be held this Fall in Maryland for friends and family of Jeff. He is deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
