Jose Flores Serrano

On Thursday, November 12, 2015, Jose Flores Serrano peacefully passed away surrounded by his family in Watsonville. He was 90.
Jose was born on December 5, 1924 in San Pedro Tesistan, Jalisco Mexico to his proud parents; Emiliano and Febronia Flores Serrano.
Jose was a great grandfather who raised his 5 grandkids and great grandkids. He taught his grandkids the values of family, respect, pride, home cooking and tough love and for that we will forever cherish and miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Emiliano and Febronia Flores Serrano and son, Ignacio Flores Garcia.
Jose is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Flores Garcia and his children; Concepcion Hernandez and Jose Luis Flores and family. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Patricia Rodriguez, Robert Hernandez, Ignacio, Omar and Jaime Flores, his great grandchildren; Omar, Yuli Rodrgiuez, Serinah, Alyna, Isaiah, Zane, Victoria and Troy Flores.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 5-9 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Saint Patricks Church at 10 with burial to follow at Pioneer Cemetery.
