Justin Allen Gilliss

Justin Allen Gilliss Sr, age 61 of Watsonville, CA passed away September 5, 2023.

Justin was born July 30, 1962, in Broken Arrow, OK to Denver Lee Gilliss and Marilee (Bright) Gilliss. He graduated in 1981 from Broken Arrow High School. A Master Electrician by trade, he was Project Manager for Central Electric Company of Watsonville, CA for 22 years.

Justin enjoyed walks along the beach with Debbie, his love of 23 years. fishing, gardening, drawing, and spending time with his grandchildren. His steadfast faith in God was the cornerstone of his life, he was involved in many Passion Plays at Easter, Mission Trips, Men's Retreats, and singing at his church.

Justin was preceded in death by his mother Marilee Gilliss.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah, children: Eric (Rita), Michelle, Krystal, Justin Jr, Cody (Angela), grandchildren: Allison, Tristan, Katrina, Elizabeth, Aires, Kaylee Anne, Kaleb, Ethan, father, Lee siblings: Terri (Mark), Broken Arrow, Ok Carole, Senoia, Ga Holli (Duane), Appleton, Wi Sam, Seattle, Wa Matt (Arpita), Kennesaw, Ga Cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who he considered family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. A church service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Green Valley Church.
