Leo Enjoyed working on home projects. Which never had an end because he always saw improvements to be made. He took tremendous pride in his garden, a personal oasis of fruit and succulents he terraced out of a bare hill. If the sun was up and he was home he could be found out back working on a project or playing with his loyal dogs Tenoch (Choncho) and Luka.
In 2019, He formed the Casa Club Andocutin to initiate the restoration of “Our Lady of Santa Ana Chapel in his home town in Andocutin GTO.
He had a passion for futbol, which he shared with his sons; playing from a young age himself into his 30’s and coaching and cheering them on through their youth and club sports. He was a loyal supporter of the Los Tigres UANL.
Leo was a vibrant and social man. He was almost continually taking phone calls from friends and family. His Fiesta’s de Compleanos will live long in all of their memories - where he sang and danced the night into day. He will be dearly missed by more people than we can list But most profoundly by his Wife Alma, his Son’s Nicholas and Alexis and his siblings Arturo, Dalila, Esperanza, Angelica and Inez.
