Lois Lee

Lois Benson Lee, 87 of Freedom, Ca. died on Monday, March 4, 2013
She was born June 16, 1925 in Parowan, Utah and moved to California shortly after marrying in 1945. Lois worked in Watsonville for many years, first at Montgomery Ward Retail and then as an administrative secretary for Rosewall & Sons Inc. She volunteered her time at Watsonville Community hospital as a Service League member and worked at her local election precincts. Lois is survived by her 4 children, Robert V. Lee of Yreka, Ca. Gary J. Lee (Jennifer) of Watsonville, Ca. Patricia Anderson (Craig) of Aptos, Ca. and Kathy Wilcox (Brent) of Watsonville, Ca. She is also survived by 2 brothers; James Benson and Lloyd Benson of Parowan, Utah and a sister Yvonne McDaniel of Murray, Utah. She has 5 grandchildren, Robin Wilcox Leland, Jamie Wilcox LaGrange, Briana Lee, Kelly Lee, and William Lee and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Robert M. Lee, and 2 sisters, Retha Benson and Norma Robinson. Services will be held at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel in Watsonville on Saturday March 9th at 11:00am. Private burial to follow.
