Maria Jimenez Lobato

Maria Josefina Jimenez Lobato passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on April 1, 2014. She was 92 years old.
Maria was born in Huacaco, Mexico on March 6th, 1922 to Jose and Anacleta Jimenez. She worked in agriculture for about 12 years and her life was devoted to her family and their happiness.
Mrs. Jimenez Lobato was preceded in death by her beloved husband Patricio Labato.
She is survived by her children; Francisco(Maria)) Lobato, Celia(Abel) Alfaro, Asuncion(Joel) Chavez, Juana(Manuel) Herrera, 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson. Maria Josefina Jimenez Lobato will be greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.
Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a citation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main Street, Watsonville. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Valley Catholic Church, 2445 East Lake Avenue, Watsonville, with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery, 2445 East Lake Avenue, Watsonville.
