Maria Zepeda

Maria Mendoza Zepeda passed on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. She was 78.

Maria was born in 1935 in Mexico. She settled in Watsonville in 1967. She worked at Green Giant for over 20 years and was active in the church. She was a caring and giving person who will be missed. She leaves behind wonderful memories to those who knew her.

She is survived by three children; Angelica, Felipe and George, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 9 siblings, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 from 4 PM to 9 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St., Watsonville with Rosary to start at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM at Assumption Catholic Church with interment to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, Watsonville.
