Mary Helen Campos

On August 22, 2024, Mary Helen Campos passed away at home in Watsonville CA. She was 90.

Mary was born on August 18, 1934, in Los Angeles, CA to her parents, Manuel Gonzales and Laura Escovedo Gonzales.

Mary was a hard-working lady devoted to her family. She enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking and vacationing on cruise ships. She was a resident of Watsonville.

Mary is survived by her children, John Campos, Robert Campos, Patty Strickland, Sandra Morioka and Kathy Alba, her siblings, Rory Orabuena, and Gloria Adame, and her 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Mike Campos, and her siblings Manuel Gonzales and Florence W.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 3:00-6:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, located at 609 Main St. in Watsonville. Mass will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, located at 721 Main St. in Watsonville. The burial will follow at Valley Public Cemetery located at 2445 East Lake Ave, in Watsonville.
