Mary Vasquez

Mary Vasquez passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021 in Corralitos, California. She was 89. Mary was born on June 23, 1932 in Cucamonga, CA to her parents Ursulo and Nancy Martinez.

Mary was a dedicated SF Giants fan and never missed a baseball game on TV. She also loved her Lifetime channel and The Price is Right. Mary loved to gamble at the casinos, and she also loved spending quality time with her 19 Great Grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her 4 children: Richard Vasquez, Christine (Ray) Nava, Dianna (Ralph) Ramirez, Daniel Vasquez and her 12 Grandchildren: Melissa Villareal, Richie Vasquez, P.J. Batad, Peter Batad, Jer Honeycutt, Laura Evangelist, Adam Nava, Phillip Ramirez, Valoree Larios, Vincent, James and Leah Vasquez.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Peter Vasquez and her 7 siblings.

The Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel from 5:00-9:00 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated the following day Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at St. Patrick’s Church at 10:00 AM with the burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery. The Celebration of Life will follow the burial at Casserly Community Center.
