Marylee Montoya

On Wednesday, November 2, 2016, Marylee Montoya peacefully passed away surrounded by her family. She was 87.
Marylee was born in Sallisaw, OK, and raised most of her adult life in Watsonville. Marlyee was married for 52 years to Ray Montoya Sr.
Marylee liked dancing, car shows, parades, fishing, playing bingo, traveling and family and friends. You could see her regularly at the Senior Center cutting up the rug. She attended First Baptist Church in Watsonville and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her 5 children; Sunny Badten, Richard Badten, Patricia Badten, Ray Montoya and John Montoya. Marylee is also survived by her 4 grandchildren; Zachary Montoya, Johnny Ray Montoya, Joshua Montoya, Tiffany Montoya and her 3 great-grandchildren; Johnny Jr., Alize Montoya and Amelia Montoya.
Visitation services will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 9:00- 10:00 AM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. A service will be held at First Baptist Church at 10:30 AM with burial services to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Road, Watsonville, CA.
