Mike B. Silva

Mike B. Silva peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday December 10,2024. He was 72. 

Mike was born on January 1,1952 to his parents Miguel Bento da Silva and Maria Lourdes Silva.

Mike graduated from Tulare western high school. He was a member of the I.S.T.W., Our Lady of Fatima society, and Our Lady Help of Christians Parish. He also spent time on a radio station named “A Voz de Comunidade”. He loved to travel, listen to music, and do many social activities. He was a proud business owner for his DJ service for over 30 years. His family was the most important thing to him, especially his grandchildren. He was a native resident of St. Jorge, in the Azores Island, Portugal.

Mike Is survived by his beloved wife Maria Fatima Silva his children Michael L. Silva, Jonathan K. Silva, and Goretti S, Furtado. His 5 grandchildren Alissa Silva, Joseph Silva, Callen Furtado, Sofia Furtado, and Liberty Silva. And his Brother Eduino Silva (of Tulare).

Mike is Preceded in death by his Siblings Olga Sousa, and Manuel Silva.

A visitation will be held on Thursday December 26,2024 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM. Rosary will commence at 7:00PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. A mass will be held on Friday December 27,2024 at 10:00AM at Our Lady Help Of Christians Church with a burial to follow directly after at Valley Public Cemetery.
