Our dear daughter has slipped the surly bonds of Earth to touch the face of God. She leaves a huge emptiness in the hearts of all of us. OxziAna is preceded in death by her grandmother, Elvira Rosales. She is survived by her parents, Maria Hullum and James Herbert; her sister TeAna D. Rosales, and her grandfather, Reymundo Rosales. She is also survived by her 35 uncles, aunts, cousins, and close relatives. By far, her favorite past time was dancing with her 4-year-old nephew Rhys.
At only 23 years old, her bubbly, vivacious, and silly personality could be matched by none other and she will be missed dearly.
Note from her mother Maria Hullum;
OxziAna Lili and I shared a closeness that only a mother and daughter can. I called her my, “Mi chiquilla bonita”. She loved to create and I encouraged her from day one to develop those skills. I would often turn to her for her take on a piece of art I was creating and valued her opinion immensely.
OxziAna would invite her friends and cousins to come over and try the newest recipe of the week. Cooking had become a new and favorite hobby. I will always miss hearing her and her friends in the kitchen giggling and sharing stories. Her considerate and giving nature made those home-cooked meals priceless.
OxziAna was brave, courageous and strong, and I would love for her to be remembered in that way. Most importantly, her life accomplishments can be summed up in one word - happiness.
