Rhonda Hernandez of Salinas, entered into rest June 7, 2013
We are devastated and deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother, and best friend. she was a wonderful kind loving person who gave every ounce of her life and well-being to her children grandchildren family and friends. she was the glue that held our family together and now we are but unglued fragments blowing in the wind. I know she loved us and loved our lord and savior Jesus Christ. but she had often told us that in the event she had passed away and the lord told her Rhonda you may enter the gates of Heaven or you can return to your family, she said she would stay because she missed my father too much and for us not to be upset with her for making that decision. she was a devoted Christian and would be deep in reading her bible every day. she loved plants and flowers growing them and especially picking them she sewed ironed cooked cleaned would hold us when we cried and patch us up if we had a boo boo, plain and simple the greatest mom in the world and I am honored and proud and very great full that she was my mom. she has left behind four children. Her Son Michael Francisco Hernandez and his soon to be wife Lina who she loved like her own. Paul Albert Hernandez who she would always call her baby boy. John Michael Hernandez J.R. her eldest child and son who she loved so much for making her a proud grandmother and wished she could have been there for him a lot more than she was able to be. And her Daughter Maria Elena who she loved deeply regardless of how she felt or of how far her love and distance was away. Her three grandchildren Brittany Ann Hernandez the eldest of the three who she loved so much and would always say that's my Chubba. John Michael Hernandez the 3rd who she loved so much and was so proud of him when he graduated to J.R High School. We love you mom and I don't know how I'm going to make it without you in this world. I know we will see each other someday until then save a spot for me up in Heaven and tell Dad and Monica Tio Chico And Grandpa Jim we love them. Please love and never forget your son Michael.
