The Brown family is saddened to announce the passing of beloved son Robert Jason "Bobby" Brown, of Aromas, CA on November 29th, 2024, at the age of 48.
Bobby was born in Watsonville, CA on January 15th, 1976, to Robert and Linda Brown. Bobby was the eldest of 3 sons born to the Brown family, and was the quintessential big brother, always providing a strong hand and air of quiet strength. Bobby attended Watsonville High School, where he was privileged enough to build many life-long friendships. Bobby was also an avid sports fan, supporting his beloved Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, and Washington Redskins. Bobby worked in retail and had a long and fulfilling career working for Whole Foods, where he also cultivated many life-long friendships.
Bobby is survived by his parents, Robert Allan and Linda Ann, brothers Timothy Allan and Nicholas Thomas, niece Thea Charlotte, and many cousins and friends, particularly his cousins James Shipman, Terra Messick, Alyssa Ashley Shipman, Skylar Eve Shipman, Jaxson Everett Shipman, Roderick Andrew Kerr McDonald III and John Carl Shipman. Bobby is also survived by a large and loyal group of friends, who have been deeply impacted by his loss.
Bobby was cherished and appreciated by so many. His caring nature, sense of humor, hard-working attitude, and steadfast loyalty to his friends and family will never be forgotten.
A viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 13th at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel in Watsonville from 5 to 9 PM at 609 Main St, Watsonville, CA 95076.
On Saturday, December 14th there will be a Celebration of Life at the Corralitos Grange Hall from 1 to 6 PM, located at 165 Little Corral Way, Watsonville, CA 95076.
