Rodrigo Retamoza

Rodrigo Retamoza, 84, passed away on November 4, 2015 surrounded by his family.
He was born in Cosala, Sinaloa, December 18, 1930 to Maria Sanchez and Felipe Retamoza.

He was employed for Bud Antle for 20 years and then became self employed marketing Mexican imports. He loved to spend time with his family. His hobbies included fishing, singing, taking trips to casinos, traveling, and taking family cruises.

Rodrigo is survived by his sons Anthony (Ruth), Rodrigo Jr., Phillip (Eleanor), and Rigoberto Retamoza, and daughters Alma Cordova and Pearl (Arnold) Mireles. He also loved spending time with his 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Juana Retamoza, his parents, Maria Sanchez and Felipe Retamoza. He also has several siblings including Carmen, Rafaela, Candelaria, Eva, Maria Angelina, Carolina & Rafaela and brothers Jesus, Bacilio Torrez, Rolando, Jorge, Carlos, Rigoberto, Rodolfo, Felipe, & Arturo Retamoza. He will be truly missed by all.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00pm with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St., Watsonville. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 10:00 am at Valley Catholic Church with the burial to follow at PV Cemetery.
