Rosa Polanco

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020 Rosa Polanco, “La Polanco” peacefully passed away.  She was 68.

Rosa was born on August 30, 1942 in Escuinapa, Sinaloa, Mexico.  She was a resident of Watsonville, CA when she passed.  She enjoyed dancing, shopping, and getting together with family and loved ones.

Rosa is preceded in death by her parents, Dominga and Damaso.

She is survived by her loving husband, Vicente Martinez; her six children, Adriana, Mario, Beatriz, Rocio, Roberto, and Bryan.

She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Alondra, Alexia, Lissette, Mario Jr., Cesar, Celestte, and Brandon; as well as by her three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Joshua, and Layla.

A public visitation service will be held to pay respects to Rosa on Sunday, November 29 at 5:00PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main Street, Watsonville.  A funeral mass will take place on Monday, November 30 at 10:00AM at Assumption Church, Pajaro with a graveside blessing to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
