Ruth Morris

On Saturday, June 25, 2016 Ruth Carolyn Morris peacefully passed away surrounded by her family at her residence. She was 85.
Ruth was a woman of many wonderful traits. She cherished family time and loved gardening. Ruth also loved going to Starbucks to drink her coffee and socialize. Her smile, love and generosity will be forever missed and always remembered by all who knew her.
Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Verlie Morris and her son, Steven Wayne Herring. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Henry, Albert, Edith and parents; George and Mae Bell Hayden.
She is survived by her daughters; Gail Marie Wittenberg and Joyce Diane Sturm. She is also lovingly survived by her brother, Arthur Hayden and her grandchildren; William, David, Clifford, Christine, Glenn, Sherri and Carolyn and several great grandchildren.
A remembrance will be celebrated on Sunday, July 3rd at the home of her daughter Gail M. Wittenberg at noon.
