Teodoro Rubalcaba

Mr. Teodoro Mejia Rubalcaba passed away at home unexpectedly on November 9th, 2021. He was 77.

Teodoro was born on April 15, 1944, to Guadalupe and Gregorio Rubalcaba in Jalisco, Mexico. However, he was a longtime resident of Watsonville.

Teodoro worked at Watsonville Cannery for 55 years. He enjoyed playing cards and being in the company of others. He loved to be out and about and live life to the fullest.

Teodoro is survived by his loving wife Trinidad Rubalcaba and their children, Victoria, Maria, Teodoro Jr.

and Jose. He is also survived by his siblings; Juana, Maria, Herminia, Bertha, Andres, Nicholas, Braulio and Teo. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 23rd  2021, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel located at 609 Main Street in Watsonville. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on November 24th 2021, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians located at 2401 East Lake Avenue.  The burial will follow at Valley Public Cemetery located at 2445 East Lake Ave.
