Vicenta Solis Martinez

On February 4, 2024, Vicenta Solis Martinez passed away in Palo Alto, Ca. She was 83.

Vicenta was born on July 19, 1940, in Jocotepec, Jalisco, Mexico to her parents Simon Solis and Antonia Vergara.

Vicenta was a woman of many wonderful traits. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She worked in agriculture and canneries for many years. She enjoyed sewing, traveling and playing Loteria. She enjoyed reading the bible. She was a resident of Watsonville.

Vicenta is survived by her children, Teresa Martinez and Jesse Martinez, her siblings Felix Paz, Maria Guadalupe Calderon and Martha Rodriguez, and 5 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel.
